Our Beginnings
Feedback Café & Catering was started in 1985 on the corner of Elizabeth & Belvoir streets Surry Hills as a Gourmet Sandwich Bar/ Deli serving fresh healthy foods & salads at affordable prices.
The name Feedback Cafe & Catering comes from my belief that to be successful I need to get and to listen to my customers “feedback” so that I give you the customer what you want.
In 1992 Feedback Café moved to bigger premises at 460 Elizabeth Street Surry Hills with the goal of providing our customers with the highest quality food and fastest friendliest service at outstanding value in a harmonious environment.
Catering Business Starts
Not long after I started “Feedback” I ventured into catering. My aim was to make it as easy as possible for my customers to use my catering service. Wether it is for a Work or Private function my aim is to assist you in giving you the foods that will suite your particular event, so that you can relax, knowing that your catering will be delivered fresh and on time!
It proved a huge success.
Feedback Cafe now predominantly caters to meetings & functions for small business to corporate clients, as well as private functions and family celebrations such as weddings, naming days, wakes and birthday parties.
We have also catered to the pre production movie crews on Strictly Ball Room, Romeo & Juliet and The Matrix as well as major exhibitions like the Sydney Motor Show and the Opening & Closing of the 2000 Olympics.
So chances are we can cater to both your budget and your taste.
My motto then as it is now is that I only serve foods that I love to eat!
